Peter G. Williams  Principal Solicitor - LL.B (QIT) Mr Peter G. Williams, the principal lawyer and founder of the firm has strong community links with the South Eastern suburbs of Brisbane, having been raised in Holland Park and educated in Brisbane. He continues to reside in the Mt Gravatt area, and to maintain his involvement with a number of community and business associations. These associations include the Southern District Law Association, the Family Law Practitioners' Association, the Southside Chamber of Commerce and the Brisbane Junior Chamber of Commerce Inc.(Vice President, 2002). Peter was educated at Church of England  Grammar School, Brisbane (Churchie) and graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Queensland Institute of Technology (now Q.U.T.) in 1985. Peter has over twenty years continuous experience as a lawyer in both the Brisbane city and suburban environments as a general practitioner with particular emphasis in the areas of family law, business contracts, commercial leases, deceased estate administration and civil and commercial litigation. Peter is passionate about relentlessly pursuing justice in deserving cases and in protecting the rights of the oppressed individual. Being fully acquainted with the challenges of small business operations, Peter is especially interested in assisting small to large business owners and corporations. Peter's outside interests include swimming, Latin dancing, politics, rugby spectating and art appreciation.

Mark Bostock  Solicitor - B.BUS (Management)/LL.B (UQ) Mark joined the team at Peter G Williams and Associates as an articled law clerk having graduated from the University of Queensland, earning degrees in Law and Business Management. Mark was admitted to practise as a Legal Practitioner in 2005 and has good experience and a special interest in the areas of property law, deceased estates, elder law and family law. Outside of work Mark keeps up an active lifestyle being a keen hockey player and all-round sportsman. Mark also runs his own successful rugby league website in his spare time. Mark is actively involved in an honorary capacity in the hierarchy of his local Hockey Club  Ang Li  Law Graduate Ang recently completed his Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws at the University of Queensland, he is now completing his Legal Traineeship with Peter G Williams & Associates. After growing up in a small business environment, Ang has a passion in assisting small businesses with their issues. In his spare time, Ang likes to chill out by going fishing and attending to his veggie garden. Ang also volunteers his time and efforts across a number of community organizations and presently sits on the board of a number of committees.

Leanne Maclean  Legal Secretary Leanne has been working with Peter G. Williams & Associates since late 1993 and is employed as Secretary to the Principal, Peter Williams. Leanne grew up in the Bayside area and has attained a Diploma of Business, and has undertaken numerous courses. Leanne is also an art enthusiast who enjoys the gallery circuit and dabbling in some of her own work, as well as being an avid 4x4 camper.

Ivan Williams  Practice and Accounts Manager Ivan Williams has been with the firm since its inception and occupies the position of Bookkeeper/Office Manager. Prior to this he enjoyed 43 years banking experience retiring at managerial level. He is a qualified Accountant. His outside interests centre on historical events, particularly regarding Queensland, and for over 15 years was a volunteer with the Queensland Maritime Museum.

Patricia Williams  Legal Receptionist Patricia Williams has been employed with Peter G. Williams & Associates since the business was first established in 1992. She has held several positions within the firm and is currently doing secretarial duties. Pat has previously had extensive experience in the role of secretary in the specialist medical field (in the private sector) and enjoys meeting people.  Interests include tennis, reading, travel, golf and she has a passion for gardening.    Gail Knight  Legal Secretary Gail recently joined Peter G Williams & Associates after moving to Australia from New Zealand with her husband to be closer to family members, including her daughter and granddaughters. For the past 12 years in New Zealand she was employed in a small law firm in Auckland as a Legal Secretary/Practice Manager. Gail’s interests include entertaining, camping, bike riding and of course looking after her grandchildren.
